Ticket sales are online by credit/debit card. Subject to availability, tickets are also available on the night with cash or card.

Exchange or Refund of Tickets
In line with general theatre practice, tickets may not be exchanged or the money be refunded. Please check your ticket confirmation at the time of purchase. The Box Office will accept tickets for resale but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed.
Admission
Children under four years will not be admitted to any theatre performance unless otherwise stated in the event details.
Location
There is on-street parking in the roads surrounding the Hall, except in Imber Cross which is private. Please park courteously and avoid blocking driveways and entrances, and leave quietly after a performance. Map
Accessibility
The Hall has easy access for wheelchairs throughout. Please let us know any particular requirements when booking.
Bar
The Vera Fletcher Hall is licensed to sell alcoholic drink and offers a cash/card bar service before the performance and during the interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance starts unless otherwise stated.
