Mind Body Maintenance are a local company that teach various classes at the hall.

Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, Injury Rehab & Meditation. Mind body classes catering for all ages, levels of fitness & body shapes. As well as weekly classes, MBM offers workshops & short courses in Holistic Therapies, General Wellbeing & for Menopausal & Pre & Post Natal women.
