The Hall is an ideal venue for stage productions and concerts, but also well-suited to other functions. There is an excellent new oak floor for dancing, a good sound system, full professional lighting facilities, heating (and potential cooling), good kitchen facilities with professional catering equipment, excellent china and glassware to cater for over 100 at tables, a small café / bar (licensed), changing facilities and toilets. The Hall is great for classes from art to bridge; aerobics, pilates, yoga ...... It has also been hired for successful indoor trade shows, fairs and auctions - for example of oriental carpets. It is the venue for frequent children's parties and for special evening occasions with music, dancing or cabaret entertainment and proper multi-course dinners with wines.

There are current vacancies for weekly hire on several weekday evenings and during the day on Wednesdays. You will get an idea of when it is currently available by checking out listed classes, events and Day Centre schedules on other pages of this site. Otherwise you may hire the Hall for functions on single occasions. Rates may vary according to the use of facilities, but for a weekly class, for example, would be in the region of a very reasonable £15 per hour.

Over £100,000 has been raised for charities such as Cancer Research UK, Princess Alice Hospice, Shooting Star Children's Hospice, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, Christian Aid, Save Guy's Hospital Campaign, Thames Ditton Hospital Appeal ...
